After 30 years in the business world, I made a conscious decision to devote my skills to non-profit and social impact spaces, where the work is deeply human and the stakes are real for our communities.

Since then, I have found my home in helping mission-driven organizations bring their vision to life in very practical ways. I love stepping into the middle of complex programs, competing priorities, and moving parts, then calmly organizing it all so teams can breathe a little easier and focus on the work that matters most.
